Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and public holidays.

International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders above SGD 50 within Singapore.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. LumiSkin is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
